Behavior Analysis is a powerful science based modality that examines the behaviors that we all engage in on a daily basis. Being rooted deeply in science, that means we leave dreams and horoscopes at the door. Treatment is focused and purposeful, addressing both behavioral deficits and/or excesses. I offer specialization specifically in sexual behaviors (low desire, infidelity, impulse control etc). Clients will be asked to take data, which helps to ensure progress towards goals, and ensures skills developed in sessions are generalized outside of sessions, allowing you to be able to live your best life, even when services end.

I have over 8+ years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospital, crisis intervention, outpatient, the Clark County School District (CCSD), and in private practice. I work with children (ages 5-12 y/o), youth, adults, couples, families and maintain an affirming stance for individuals who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have colleagues at Sound Mind Counseling who are also Spanish speaking and have years of experience if I am not readily available.

Mrs. Jones has a Bachelors in Human Service Management and a Masters in Psychology. She’s a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Throughout her career she’s volunteered as a CASA and worked as a QBA, QMHA, and ABA. She specializes in individual, couples, families, and child therapy. She brings a unique perspective to family therapy as she has worked in the behavioral and mental health field for some time now. Mrs. Jones facilitates community youth groups and IOP‘s. She has experience working with clients who have ADHD, PTSD, impulse control, personality disorders, and mood disorders. Mrs. Jones is also trained in EMDR.
