Therapy is hard and making the decision to get help can sometimes be even harder. It is my goal to help guide you through life’s difficulties and be an extra source of support. I primarily work with substance use and psychiatric concerns. We will work together to create a plan to address your concerns, reach your goals, and help you meet your needs. Trauma is often times the root of the presenting problems my clients are seeking treatment for and addressing this can be a big step to healing. I work with adults looking to make change in their life and will walk side by side with you through the journey.
I am passionate about working with people with substance use, trauma and their effects. Obtaining my Trauma Informed Care and Youth Oriented Substance Use and Trauma certificates expanded my resources for my clients. I have an eclectic style using DBT and CBT skills, mindfulness skills, coping skills, and emotional regulation based upon my client's needs.
