My passion for supporting people who have been through traumatic events, major life changes, and experienced significant loss is rooted in my own experiences watching people I love suffer in silence. I want to provide people with the support and guidance that members of my own family never received.
I've worked in both community and out-patient hospital environments providing therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and Narrative Base Therapies. I work with adolescents, couples, parents, and families in 1on1, group, and family therapy settings.
