I bring extensive experience in working with children, teenagers, and young adults. I offer expertise in family therapy, individual therapy and couples counseling.
I often support clients with academic stress, health-related stress, family pressures, and substance use. I also have extensive experience support parents of children with ADHD. I tailor treatment personally to each client. I also have a background with modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing and liberation health.
