I have a speciality in Trauma focused treatment- trained in Neurosequential Model. I help clients get to the root of awareness in their personal trauma to begin the healing. I also have experience in ADHD and my approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
I believe each client is an expert in their own life and treatment. Each client has the power and ability to change the way they think or see situations. I will help guide this process and empower clients to help themselves.
