Are you caught in a pattern of doing the same old thing and it is just not working? Or perhaps you're overwhelmed by life's unexpected challenges. I seek to create a connection with you built through non-judgmental acceptance no matter what your situation. My areas of special interest is anger. Often when we are frustrated, feel unfairly treated or put down, we react with anger. How we express anger can be the source of our relational difficulties. Together, we can discover new ways of expressing your anger that will address your needs while valuing the relationship with others.
With over 30 years in the construction industry, and almost 40 years of marriage, I bring my unique life experience, my love for family and animals, acceptance, and understanding together, along with my formal training, to our sessions. My desire is to walk along side my clients as they navigate through life's difficulties.
