My style is strengths based and interactive, drawing from psychodynamic approaches as well as behavioral interventions such as CBT and ACT.
I help clients with anxiety, depression, problems related to sexual and gender identity, relationship conflicts, illness, grief, and stage of life issues. I am strongly aligned with the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoy working with individuals and couples from all walks of life.
