Over the last 18 years I have helped individuals and families with a wide range of issues, and have developed specialties in ADHD, Anxiety management, Depression and Autism. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems theory, while adding an understanding of neuropsychological functioning to help my clients. These methods have been clinically proven and are evidence based treatments.
The feedback that I get from my clients is that I am positive, active in session, and offer practical strategies that you can start using immediately. Our work will focus on gaining insight, making lasting change, and preventing our natural urge to backslide.
