Together, we look at who you are, what you believe and how you cope with challenges to determine a treatment plan that is right for you.
I have 15 years of corporate experience, so a special area of interest is career-transition work, including supporting you as you find your calling and dealing with work-related stress, anxiety and depression. Other areas of interest are loss and grief, self-esteem, stress management, body image issues and life transitions.
But, mostly, I’m interested in getting to know you, your goals, and how I can best aid in helping you create the life you desire and deserve. I look forward to meeting you!
