LifePath Wellness provides a safe, non-judging space, for clients to embark on a journey to discover their most authentic self. Clients are encouraged to explore all facets of their lives to create understanding and foster betterment; ultimately leading to increased self-acceptance, confidence, hope, empowerment, and peace.
LifePath Wellness offers individual sessions and group sessions with focus areas in trauma, anxiety, depression. My therapeutic approach is eclectic but primarily focuses on CBT. As CPCS, I provide group and individual sessions for post-master's level clinicians seeking clinical supervision.
I approach each client with empathy, kindness, compassion, and an understanding that wellness comes from change.
