I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. I provide therapy to individuals and families to help overcome life stressors. My goal in therapy is to help you gain new skills to navigate current challenges, past trauma, and develop more healthy relationship patterns moving forward.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem, anger management, grief and loss, eating disorders and career coaching. I also specialize in working with individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer. It can feel very lonely going through cancer treatment and I want to make sure you know you are not alone.
