My approach to therapy is person-centered, interactive, and creative. I am dedicated to helping individuals work through whatever brings them to see me -- whether it be depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship and interpersonal issues, career changes, life transitions, spiritual matters, or other challenges. I enjoy collaborating with clients to help them heal, reach goals, realize dreams, and ultimately find more meaning and joy in their lives.
Working holistically, my techniques are tailored to match an individual's style and needs while addressing the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of being. I am down to earth and bring warmth, acceptance, and humor to my practice. My aim is to help clients discover and trust their own innate wisdom and guidance.
With a background in theater, art, and writing, I often use tools from the creative process to assist healing and growth. In addition to assisting people from all walks of life, I have extensive experience working with artists (actors, writers, musicians, etc.) and those who wish to explore their creative potential.
