I hold a PhD in Counseling and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington, providing both short-term and long-term individual psychotherapy to adolescents (over 13 years) and adults. I aim to provide a safe, supportive, self-reflective, and healing environment where we will work toward a deeper understanding and appreciation of your authentic self. Together we will strengthen your personal awareness and confidence by exploring, uncovering and sharing your personal truths, life experiences, losses, achievements, fears, goals, and dreams.
I offer Telehealth counseling one day a week for 50-minute sessions for clients who are working through life transitions, identity development, stress management, and the intersection of mental and physical wellness. I specialize in women's issues, athlete mental health, and career coaching. I also work with other counselors, as we need counselors, too!
As a trained and licensed counselor, counselor educator and counseling supervisor, I deeply listen, ask critical questions and support individuals in connecting to a greater level of self-awareness and personal strengths in order to lead healthier, more balanced lives.
