As a certified NLP Practitioner and HeartBreath Practitioner in-training, I help parents feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to themselves and their children, using a unique combination of conscious parenting techniques, breathwork, and nervous system regulation work. By uncovering and addressing the emotional patterns that are holding you back, we will rewire your brain around healthier beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors, so you can respond instead of react to your child's challenging behaviors. In a short period of time, I will help you parent from a place of peace, feeling in control of your own emotions.
I specialize in working with parents of kids who are highly sensitive, neurodivergent (autism, ADHD) or presenting challenging behaviors, or who, themselves, identify as neurodivergent. My unique approach is effective and efficient, leading to lasting change in parenting, family life, and your own emotional well-being.
