I combine my training in Gottman Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as my experience working with folks in Seattle for five years to build a space where curiosity and understanding thrive. I use humor and warmth to connect, break down barriers, and, hopefully, make therapy less scary overall.

My goal is to provide my clients the respect and validation that can be hard to find elsewhere. Authenticity, humor, warmth, and unconditional acceptance are at the foundation of how I strive to show up with others, whether in session or in my off time.
