My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative, and trauma-informed environment in which you can feel empowered to recognize your unique capacity for personal growth and change.
I truly believe that growth and comfort cannot coexist. Healing is a highly individualized, non-linear, and often circular journey. For this reason, I utilize an empathetic person-centered approach to foster hope, self-compassion, and resilience as you learn to tap into the vast resources already within yourself.
