My clients come to me with issues that include: feeling that their previous therapist was "just listening" and not practical; grappling with a sense of belonging as a multicultural individual in NYC; facing existential issues of meaning and purpose despite having outward success; dealing with relationship issues, family drama, stress, burnout, confidence issues, impostor syndrome, or lack of fulfillment. I also counsel couples, families and business partners hoping to improve the quality of their relationship; executives, MBAs and entrepreneurs seeking performance coaching; artists and creatives dealing with creative block.
My lifelong interest in personal development has led me to a career in mental health, where my goal is to help clients achieve self-knowledge to gain back their power. I love bringing out the best in people and approach therapy with a sense of humor. I've been to 50+ countries and lived in 5, my multicultural, interdisciplinary background makes me who I am.
The hardest step is reaching out, but please be assured that I will be so happy to hear from you and provide a nonjudgmental space. After all, I am my own laboratory of personal change and transformation. I've done everything from Burning Man to ashram life, the Vipassana silent retreat, the Hoffman Process, psychedelics- you name it. I am very open-minded.
