Despite their many successes and strengths, many women struggle with feelings of not being good enough and anxiety about their career, relationships, and future. My practice is dedicated to helping women stop worrying or feeling bad about themselves in order to live happier and more fulfilling lives. To accomplish this, I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices to help my clients develop new ways of understanding their inner worlds and to change their relationships with themselves and others.
Having a baby can intensify these feelings of anxiety or not being good enough. I specialize in helping pregnant and postpartum women navigate the transition to parenthood and in the treatment of prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety disorders. I also provide therapy to address the impact of infertility, pregnancy complications, and birth trauma.
