I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 10 years of combined experience as a psychotherapist and career counselor. I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjusting to college life and career challenges. I also have experience counseling clients with medical illnesses including long covid. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based CBT, solution focused, supportive and acceptance and commitment psychotherapy. I especially like to offer clients concrete tools including mindfulness and relaxation techniques that they can practice in our sessions together so they can feel confident utilizing them in their everyday life.
