Rebecca views the therapeutic process as a holistic experience and is constantly inspired by the courage of the clients she works with. Rebecca has extensive experience working as a Personal Trainer with a specialization in disability, illness, disease and health related issues. Therefore, she strongly believes in the mind-body connection and that change is possible in any situation. Rebecca is also working towards her certification in EMDR and Equine Therapy.

Phillip (Phil) Garcia is a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, & adults in crisis, with trauma-informed practice. Experience includes depression, anxiety and panic, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD, Attention deficit/hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and a wide range of social-emotional and developmental challenges. Life is hard! There are some many different experiences in life, and some are very difficult! There's this interesting thing that happens when we encounter difficult times, we tend to push away; but we are never meant to journey alone through these times! I’m thankful that part of what I get to do is journey with people who struggle.

Fradine also utilizes techniques from Person Centered Therapy, Parts Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Solution Focused and Emotionally Focused Therapy, when appropriate with her patients.
