In the 24 years of providing clinical treatment, I take a multidisciplinary approach to therapy. I use an innovative array of therapies and techniques depending on your situation and way of learning. I believe every one experiences life differently and every one is a teacher to each other.
Therapy is a collaborative journey for the client, client's family and therapist. I have worked with individuals and families in the areas of anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, career counseling, depression, grief, pain management, problem solving skills, self-esteem, suicidal ideation, stress management and more.
I work with individuals, families and school systems. I work with adolescents through seniors. I take Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Medicare.
