I bring over 18,000 hours of professional coaching experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and college students. A certified teacher/master coach who also has over 20 years of sales and management/leadership experience, I am considered an expert in the field of ADHD, special education, advocacy work and individualized education plans. I offer both in-person sessions, via Zoom or Facetime and by telephone. If you are feeling overwhelmed with your ADHD symptoms or anxiety, we can help. We coach students and adults with ADHD symptoms, organizational obstacles, time management challenges, learning disabilities and those making business/personal transitions. I work with couples to develop strategies for better communication and to understand the impact of ADHD on struggling relationships. Also, we offer proven methods to reduce anxiety.
I am Hallowell Center trained and embrace the ideals of Dr. Edward Hallowell with an effective strengths based methodology. With careful listening and questioning skills, I work to address each client's needs with proven strategies to improve executive function, attain their personal goals and enhance personal and professional relationships.
