My name is Chris. I believe that healing happens in safe spaces where people are allowed to be their authentic selves, maybe for the first time in their life! I specialize in working with teens & adults who have ADHD, anxiety, school or work struggles, or just figuring out how to navigate being themselves in broken systems. I am also passionate about helping men, women, and gender-nonconforming persons cultivate healthy expressions of emotions and behaviors in all facets of their lives. I am also experienced in helping people develop and maintain healthy relationships, whether that’s romantic, familial, or friendship.
Every person has the ability to develop strategies that help them manage their symptoms, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of well-being. I want to work with you to create a space that provides empathy, compassion, and motivation to create lasting changes in your life! It is important to me to walk side by side with you in your journey of healing!
Some important things to know about me: I'm trained in EMDR and will soon be a certified ADHD Professional (ADHD-CCSP) through PESI. At the end of the day, I just love Hip-Hop, Spider-Man, movies, feelings, and hot sauce.
