Especially when we see other people "get it," it's hard to understand why life feels so different for us. It may even be hard to find someone who understands you at all. But, as someone who was diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, I get it. And believe me, you're not alone. I hope to be the person you trust to walk with you as you learn about yourself, others, and the world. My goal is for clients to leave feeling more self-assured, confident, and accepting of themselves.
I specialize in Neurodivergent-Affirming Care, Religious Trauma, Grief & Loss, and Life Transitions. While assisting all clients as they overcome anxiety, depression, and traumatic life events. I am passionate about working with clients within the LGBTQ+ and Black, Brown, and Asian communities.
Overall, my work centers around affirming the experiences of marginalized communities, and empowering them as they heal.
