Navigating the intersecting paths of career, family, and societal expectations can be tough. I specialize in entertainment professionals and women's issues, including managing the stress and anxiety of trying to "do it all." I am especially passionate about helping creatives and working mothers balance myriad and sometimes conflicting priorities. Perhaps you feel deluged by your parental, familial, or professional responsibilities. You feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or out of sync, nursing wounds that are bandaged but unhealed. I collaborate with clients through empathy, authenticity, and humor to navigate difficult circumstances.

My goal is to walk with you through transitions, helping you navigate the challenges, stressors, and fears related to moving forward from a relationship, a job/career, or the loss or shift in identity. I aim to support you in the process of (re)discovering yourself in these transitions, especially when faced with questions about sexuality, expression, and roles in your daily life. Together, we will explore new perspectives and unknowns in transitions, helping to equip you with the confidence to progress, uncovering patterns, parts, and habits that may no longer serve you in their current state.

Speak your heart, live your truth! Are you feeling overwhelmed with the direction of your life? Is your job not emotionally or financially satisfying? Do you find yourself having difficult, short-lived relationships, or worse - none at all? Is depression and/or anxiety wearing you down?
It is my experience that our difficulties and problems are primarily determined by reactions to how we think and feel. I can help you understand how your thoughts and feelings prevent you from getting what you want, and then help you find ways of creating more success in the areas you desire to change.

Our sessions offer a space for you to unpack everything from body image, racial identity, career stress, relationships, parenting, women's issues and more.
Maybe it's hard to feel like you're enough. You've been taught by family, culture, and society your whole life that everything from your body to your place in the world is always up for critique. So now you shrink, hide parts of yourself that you've been taught to reject, and move through the world wearing a mask. You might struggle to speak up for yourself and neglect your own needs. Low self esteem, self doubt, perfectionism, impostor syndrome, people pleasing and all these harmful internalized messages you've been carrying feel like shackles you've been forced to wear, don't they? And you're ready to break free.

Do you often find yourself feeling overwhelmed, forgetful, & distracted? Getting through your day in an organized and timely manner feels like an insurmountable task. Others in your past may have unfairly labeled you as "lazy” or “irresponsible.” ADHD affects every part of someone's life: their health, career, relationships with others, and even the relationship they have with themselves. For BIPOC individuals, additional challenges arise due to cultural insensitivity and limited access to accurate information.
