The journey to a healthy mental state and peace of mind is possible when we allow ourselves to gradually work towards becoming the best version of ourselves.

We know experience shapes perspective, but there is no “one size fits all” approach for people from different walks of life. I use an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, incorporating person-centered and psychodynamic theory as well as evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
