She has experience working in the non-profit sector, assisting homeless Veterans and their families, as well as serving marginalized communities as a school counselor in the education field. Through her work, Monica gained invaluable insights into the challenges faced by these individuals and the importance of providing comprehensive support systems. Fluent in Spanish, Monica is dedicated to supporting her Hispanic community by addressing mental health barriers and stigmas.

Prior to the development of our agency, my partner and I individually provided evaluation and treatment services in a variety of diverse settings throughout Maricopa County and abroad for over 10 years.
