No Openings at this time. I am dedicated to helping others find their own path to personal fulfillment. I believe each of us can expand on the ways we deal with stress and relationships. I'm committed to creating a warm, interactive and compassionate therapeutic environment and have experience treating issues of anxiety, depression, parenting, relational stress, life transitions and trauma. Post pandemic life has created so many new sources of pressure and hardship, while often weakening our supports and connections. I believe therapy is a comforting and effective way to focus on our self care and well being.
I have 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, school and medical settings. I believe therapy should feel both comfortable and conversational and I strive to create a space where clients feel supported and engaged. I am also committed to providing a culturally competent and supportive space for clients of color and LGBTQIA clients.
I am an eclectic and trauma focused clinician. I use client centered approaches such as relational theory, CBT, psychodynamic theory, acceptance & commitment, and mindfulness skills. I approach therapy in an interactive and empathic way and I believe our work together can offer you the tools and space to create positive changes and develop self insight.
