Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, feeling burnt out, or being too hard on yourself? Would you like to have the ability to better balance your emotions and stress as well as improve your relationship with yourself and others? If so, I’d love to support you! In the 24 years I’ve worked in mental health, I’ve seen my clients transform their lives to feel more centered and confidant by implementing the simple tools and insights I can teach you. I support people experiencing anxiety, burn out, depression, fertility issues, relationship and communication challenges, and unresolved trauma.
I use EMDR, somatic / body and nervous system regulation, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational, Emotional Freedom Technique, Family Systems, Guided Imagery, Meditation, and IFS. When working with couples, I draw from Imago, EFT and Stan Tatkin‘s work. I also offer coaching and consultation.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic experience and meet my clients where they are at. I strive to help people connect with their inner wisdom and resources so they can increase joy and peace in their lives. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. Currently, I am primarily offering tele-health, with limited in person sessions available.
