My therapeutic orientation is Jungian psychoanalytic. True self knowledge can free us from being the Victim. I am also skilled in teaching Nonviolent Communication developed by Marshall Rosenberg for couples counseling. I assist your Individuation process, communication skills, the challenges of marriage and divorce, navigating through the loss of meaning in life and spiritual crisis.
Relationships can bring the best and worst in us. We can become more aware of both our bright and shadow attributes. We gain self knowledge through our most important relationships, then they reveal more meaningfulness.
