I utilize an integrative approach, in which I weave aspects from various therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic theory, CBT, DBT, interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology, in a way that fits you and your individual needs and goals. In addition, I offer career coaching - as a specialized focus, or blended into treatment.
