It's about taking a walk, experiencing the nature around you while delving into your thoughts and emotions. Picture this: instead of confining our conversations to four walls, we take them to the great outdoors with walk and talk therapy.
I am a counsellor, working in the outdoors. My practice is in psychodynamic therapy, which principally involves talking. Whether you're battling anxiety, wrestling with self-doubt, or simply seeking clarity, I offer a safe place for honest exploration, where you can be you in space that holds no judgment.
I am working in Edinburgh and Dunfermline, and the surrounding areas. There are beautiful paths, woods, beaches and pavement for walking and talking. We could simple agree on a spot and sit outside for our sessions. There is a huge benefit to working outside in nature as well as simply being gentle and regular exercise.
