We work with individuals and couples on-line. Kristen Parselias is under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, Melissa Johari. Melissa also offers supervision services to Social Workers and Psychotherapists.

Using an integrative approach, we help to intervene by strengthening the growth areas and navigating the negative cycle that may be taking place in your relationship. We primarily use the Gottman Method, in combination with Emotionally Focused Therapy, PrepEnrich, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Strengths-Based, Solution Focused, and Internal Systems Therapy.

My team and I would love to work with you to support you in achieving your individual or couple goals. You can have a free 15 minute consultation to determine whether we would be a good fit. We offer secure video counselling, and limited space for in-person counselling at Portico Church in Mississauga.
