When it comes to long term wellness, I strongly believe in the intimate body-mind connection. As a psychotherapist and registered yoga teacher (RYT200), I use a variety of mindfulness-based approaches and somatic techniques in my sessions along with elements from CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, and somatic experiencing.
