Seasonal Staff Opportunities

We're excited to announce that we've made a few tweaks to our already terrific Seasonal Staff Program. We are hiring for longer periods of time in an effort maximize your opportunity, and the amount of time you get to spend with us on the hill. We hope these changes better serve our growing community of artists and contribute to our goals of greater diversity, equity, inclusion, and access at Pilchuck.
 
Seasonal Staff provide leadership and support for Pilchuck Glass School’s education program. Staff is comprised of artists or art-interested individuals who dedicate time, skill, and energy to make the campus experience welcoming and productive for all participants. Through this experience Seasonal Staff gain valuable professional skills, develop a network of peers, host events, sit in on artist talks, learn new glassworking techniques, enjoy studio access, and engage with Instructors and Artists in Residence. Seasonal Staff are fully active during the session in a unique way. 
 
Seasonal Staff opportunities are competitive and fall into three categories:

Which roles you apply for is based on your interests, skillset, and experience.
