I would like to thank Quality Life Services for the love and care my mom received while staying at your facility.
So many times nursing homes are frowned upon and I heard a lot of “I would NEVER put my mom in a nursing home.”
Unfortunately, I could not give her the care she required and she went to QLS.
After a few weeks there, my mom started to flourish with all the interaction and activities and was so happy, I knew I made the right decision.
From the administration (Heather), to the financial and insurance paperwork (Michelle, Kathy and Erica) I was given great support.
The East Wing nursing staff became family and made my mom feel special and cared for right to her final days. Her life was truly enriched. Thank you for ALL you did for my mom!
My family and I are eternally grateful!
