Title RNA-seq in gWAT from diabetic mice treated with canagliflozin

Summary We found canagliflozin shows elimination of senescent cells from organs in age-related pathology mouse model including diabetes. To clarify detailed change by canagliflozin treatement, we conducted RNA-seq analysis in gonadal white adipose tissue(gWAT).
 
Overall design gWAT was harvested from high-fat-diet induced diabetec mouse with or without 7-days canagliflozin treatment (0.03% w/w mixed in food)
