Annual General Meeting

Your Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday 2 November 2024 at the Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, and you can also join online. In the meantime, see below for an important update on a change to how you’ll receive AGM and election information.

AGM 2024 – Changes to how you receive information about your AGM and elections

Members have voted in support of accessing AGM and election information digitally to help save costs and reduce paper waste. That's why from 2024, your AGM booklet will be shared digitally, rather than with your autumn magazine. From September, your AGM booklet will be available on this page and will contain links to vote online and to register to attend the AGM. If you wish to vote, or register to attend your AGM by post, please submit a request for a paper booklet below.

If you're happy to access the online AGM booklet (including council election information), vote and/or register to attend your AGM online, you don't need to take any action. To request a paper AGM booklet (including postal voting papers for two members), please complete this quick form by 5pm on 11 October 2024.
