Which maternity and nursing bras would you recommend?

We're making plans to update our maternity and nursing bra reviews and we'd love to know which ones you'd recommend.

Your suggestions will help us to create a shortlist of bras to test over three months, as we try to find the best value maternity and feeding bras on the market.

I had some from the lidls range, they are so comfy and easy to unclip at the front to feed.

Probably wouldnt recommend to anyone with larger breasts as the material is quite thin. (Mine are DD)

Any with an underwire! I hated nursing bras the first time around as non underwired ones are just so shapeless and I always ended up with a sad monoboob. I’m nursing my fourth dc now and am living in ones from Anita and Freya as they’re underwired and comfortable. The Freya ones are padded which I prefer slightly as they hide the giant pads I still need. I’m a 32F normally, about a 34G now and the standard issue soft cotton non underwired nursing bras wouldn’t stand a chance of giving me any support. I wore my normal Freya Idol bras in pregnancy. I think as long as they fit correctly, wired bras are fine.

I got my maternity bras from mothercare. They're really comfortable and flexible so I use them for nursing as well - I just pull them down.

Hate to ask but I've been struggling with larger boobs and finding a bra that's comfy and provides support - any recommendations? Tried mothercare and they don't provide enough support. At the moment I'm living in pj bras but I want them to be for nursing as well as I want to BF

@MarbleCake I got a 2 pack at Asda for £16, I'm a 38G, they don't give a huge lift but also don't look saggy 😶👏🏻 xx

I like the padded non wired nursing bras from Mothercare. I find they are nice and supportive and give a good shape. The padding provides protection when they get sensitive/sore from feeding. I don’t bother with maternity bras just go straight for the nursing ones as then hopefully I only need to buy new bras once.

I love mine from next, non padded and non underworld but lacy and give a nice amount of support without being unattractive or ugly. I'm a 32c for refer nice

I agree completely with @MarbleCake i cant get a decent supportive bra anywhere im only 11 weeks and already gone up im now a 38 E/F depends on what i try one, i dont know what to do if i get any bigger, im so uncomfortable in my normal bra but nothing soft of wireless holds me up. Anyone have any ideas

I'm wearing mostly the kindred bravely ones at the moment, I'm a 38g at 34 weeks pg and cannot find very many options for decent support which doesn't cost the earth. I have a couple of the mothercare ones but they give me monoboob and I get very sweaty cleavage as a result.

Molke. I tried so many and was amazed that they were genuinely supportive and uplifting and comfortable keeping my 36J boobs where I wanted them!

Molke. The lift is on a par with most underwired bras and they're super comfortable compared with the many nursing bras I have tried. I'm about a 30L (was bigger in the early days of breastfeeding). My Royce nursing bras are unflattering and give a much more "matronly" shape in comparison.

Mothercare, because they are comfortable, easy to use with baby/toddler and they fit in store without having to book an appointment.

Royce - and I am a 36ff so on larger side. You can buy in decent lingerie stores and via the NCT service.

I like the M&S ones. They are really comfy and the clips are easy to undo with one hand.
