Maternity bras for larger bust

Where is the best place to go for maternity bras? Currently I am a 34F and expect to get bigger (I'm in early stages so just preparing).

Also, when is the best time to switch from wired bras to the maternity bra?

I think everyone is a bit different. They suggest that most people don’t grow to “full height” until about 34 weeks, but both pregnancies, mine have been a lot bigger by 20 weeks. I’ve gone from a 34DD to a 36E at the moment and at 24 weeks have moved away from undersides as it’s too uncomfortable!
I’ve mostly got M&S nursing bras 😊

I got all mine from Mothercare. I'm 34G. Did Mothercare close down though?
It's a faff op!

I'm a similar size and didn't grow much with pregnancy, more with breastfeeding. I wore under wired the whole way through, just make sure it fits p properly. If you're breastfeeding, just go with the soft vest style bras until your supply settles at around 8 weeks would be my advice.

I got mine from Asda. Went from a 32G to a 34G and I’ve found theirs really comfy and true to size. And I’ve worn them every day and they are still as good as new!

If go to figleaves, bravissimo, or Google a style you like. I have a mammoth size (K cup at I've point), I can't stand not having underwire as everything ended up a sweaty milky monoboob. Hot milk had good ones and I think Freya do one with flexwire as well. If you don't mind used ones, there's plenty on ebay - people often change size or have one that doesn't suit them so sell on having only worn it a couple of times. With it when they cost £40 new!

I’ve bought 2 Bravado body silk seamless nursing bras - the first non-wired bras that actually give me a decent shape and support. They are v comfy too. A few people in one of my pregnancy groups have bought Molke bras but I don’t like the look of them as much.

Hey - I really struggled with this for ages, finally got lucky with the Bravado Body Silk seamless nursing bra FULL CUP version. I was a 32E before pregnancy, not sure now (am 19 weeks) but think I've gone up a bit both on the band and the cup. The problem with a lot of the sizing on wireless bras is that they're S/M/L but being a smallish band with a big cup was a nightmare. Needed the cup of the biggest going but then it was too loose and offering no support on the band. So far been really happy with the Bravado one.

Went to order another this week but out of stock so bought the 'Cake Lingerie Sugar Candy Basic Nursing Bralette (F - H Cup)' which I'm hoping will arrive in the next couple of days.

I just buy as I change size (3 DC). You really don't need to wear/use maternity or nursing bras.
Underwire will not affect your supply as long as the bra fits properly and it's as easy to get your boob out of a normal bra as it is to faff about with the clips on nursing bras (I've bf all 3 and stopped wasting my money after 6m with dc1)

Another vote for bravado nursing bras. I went from a 30E to 30HH post pregnancy, and these are the only ones that don’t ride up at the back or pinch at the sides or the front.
