Ds2 loves playing in the bath, usually ends up taking his playmobil or Duplo characters in with him to act out various marine storylines Grin but I was wondering if there was anything actually for the bath which is beyond the baby toys like stacking beakers and squeezy animals etc?

This thread is a little old now, but if you've landed here on a hunt for the best bath toys, you're in luck as we've recently updated our page on the topic. We hope you find it useful. Grin

Try the Early Learning Centre. I got some good stuff from there for my grandchildren.(Alas, now all grown up}.

Bath time grand prix looks good. I’ve definitely seen other fun bath toys but I’m wracking my brain to think where!

My boys love the basic marine animals, they have also added dinosaurs to the mix and this keeps them very entertained.

Our granddaughter is 3 1/2 and toys and I've recently also been browsing bath toys. Weve settled on tomy ice cream factory, although it's from 18mnth from reviews older children enjoyed it too. I do like the playmobil family fun floating paddle boat (around £10) comes with slide, 4 characters and accessories. Bloopies have been popular (recently spotted them in Tkmax for £6) as have schleich dolphins and sharks. Last year Aldi had some lovely floating bath playsets, castles farms etc but I haven't seen them this year yet.

We've had the tiny ice cream factory, great fun. I've just bought my DD the water slide thing from John Lewis.

At that age mine really loved playing with their Octonauts toys in the bath (is that still on? It was a firm favourite with both my girls). We had plastic marine creatures too.

Just typed in playmobil bath on Amazon and there are quite a few nice little sets on there for use in water. A small pirate ship and various boat sets.

I picked this up from Tesco for my son. He's 6 and it is hard to find stuff for the bath - he usually takes hero figures in x

We’ve got the Boon Pipes from Amazon for our nearly 4 year old for Christmas. They’ve got good reviews and hopefully won’t attract mould as easily as some toys we’ve bought in the past.

Foam bath letters and numbers were popular in our house.

My 5 year old has a little basketball net (with suction pads) and some balls. Got it from Amazon.
We have the Grand Prix mentioned above and he loves it!

Our cat- loves bubbles, intrigued by the whole bath thing and often nearly falls in- kids love it! They're teens now!
