Highlights! Payton Talbott fuels undercard with spectacular 19-second knockout | UFC 303

Payton Talbott scored another memorable finish earlier tonight (Sat., June 29, 2024) at UFC 303 LIVE on ESPN+ PPV from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, stopping fellow bantamweight upstart Yanis Ghemmouri with a first-round knockout. It took Talbott just 19 seconds.

It didn’t take long for Talbott to showcase his one-punch power as he landed a clean lead jab and right hand. Ghemmouri fell directly on his back with his head slamming off the canvas. Talbott raised his hands in a walk-off attempt, but Ghemmouri wasn’t completely gone. That’s when Talbott closed in for heavy ground-and-pound to force the referee’s hand.

The entire fight lasted just 19 seconds. It was a welcomed sight for fight fans everywhere as UFC 303 started with four-straight decisions. Talbott looked like a future star in the process. Check out the final moments below:

Talbott, 25, is now 3-0 as a member UFC roster and seems ready for a boost in competition his next time out. The young striker still needs to prove himself in the grappling department, but if he can keep any fight standing he has a chance to score a highlight-reel finish.
