Watch Brahyan Zurcher’s spectacular one-punch knockout to open PFL Salt Lake City

Brahyan Zurcher started off PFL Salt Lake City with a big bang.

The undefeated featherweight made serious impact in his return to the league, needing a little over six minutes to find opponent Julian Ruiz’s chin and leave him flat on the canvas.

Ruiz was ready to stand and bang with Zurcher and after a competitive first round, it looked like the two were building towards a three-round thriller. However, Zucher put a stop to the action at the 1:26 mark of Round 2 with a devastating left hand that was right on the money.

Afterwards, Zurcher said that he wants to fight again before the end of the year, either for the PFL or Bellator, and that he plans to be part of a future league tournament. He improves to 9-0 with only two of his wins going past the second round.
