Three Mobile is currently dishing out its unlimited SIMs - which include all-you-can-eat calls, data and texts - without charging a penny for the first three months of the contract.

It basically means you can munch through as much data as you like for 90 days and not face any expensive bills - you even get full access to the latest and greatest 5G technology which blasts the web to phones at much faster speeds.

Of course, once the three months is up you will then be charged with Three's 24-month contract costing £25 per month. It means the total over two years - including the free period - is £525.

That offer of free data sounds pretty enticing but there is another deal that will save you more money. SMARTY, which is actually part of the Three network, has recently cut the cost of its unlimited plan from £20 to £18 per month.

It also includes 5G speeds along with free calls and texts. One bonus of SMARTY is there's no long-term contract to sign up for which means you can leave at any time without fear of extra charges.

If you stick with SMARTY for a two year period the total you'll pay is £432 - that's almost £100 less than the free deal with Three.
