Kourtney Kardashian feared her vagina might 'fall out' after giving birth to son Rocky

Kourtney Kardashian aired her fears for her vagina after welcoming her fourth child on the latest episode of The Kardashians.

The reality TV star made a candid confession during this week's episode of the hit show after fans saw her welcoming her newborn son Rocky Thirteen Barker last week. The latest instalment sees her mum Kris Jenner popping over to visit Kourtney as she prepares to attend the Emmy Awards and see her husband Travis Barker perform the opener to the show.

Kourtney said: "I don’t even think we’re gonna stay and watch, cause of my breastfeeding schedule," she then admitted she has fears of her vagina "falling out" after welcoming Rocky as she revealed her "humongous boobs" in a body sculpting corset. Talking in a confessional she said: "For the past two months, I have loved being at home with the baby and I don’t want to leave. I’m starting to get a bit of anxiety about going back into the world."

Kourtney then admitted that she "still has 10 pounds," to lose "if I care to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight," to which Kris swiftly responded: "Of course you care." Kourtney then explained her reluctance in more detail: "I care to get back, but I’m breastfeeding so I’m taking my time and they say to keep your vagina intact you should not jump or run for like six months."

A producer then asked her what she meant by "keeping your vagina intact" as Kourtney explained: "Well, you can have prolapse, which is where your vagina can like, fall out I think." She then added in confession: "Supposedly, there’s things you can do to keep it up there," Kris then offered: "That makes sense. You should do Pilates."

Kourtney replieed: "So I’m doing Pilates tomorrow. Yeah, I’ve just been walking. So we’re doing the Emmy’s and then, did I tell you I’m going to Australia for a month?" She then explained in another confessional how the couple plan to take baby Rocky on tour.

She said: "Travis has a tour this year with Blink-182 and they are going to Australia for the whole month of February. Our baby will be three months old but it was kind of always my plan to bring him and go on tour."

Kourtney was then seen showing off her underwear for the Emmys with a corset teamed with a black bra and panties as Kris exclaimed: "Look at that body! You’re killing it!" Kourtney played down her look responding: "Isn’t it crazy they can do that with a corset?" Before Kris points out: "It’s crazy how the body snaps back."

Kris then teasingly asked Kourtney: "Can you breathe?" As Kourtney said: "No, but I can’t breathe when my boobs are this humongous and filled with milk and veins," prompting her mom to quip "Lovely."
