2018 Informatics was indexed in Scopus—Elsevier, starting with Volume 1 (Issue 1).
Informatics established the following section:

2019 Informatics established the following section:

2020 Informatics established the following sections:
-Machine Learning;
-Big Data Mining and Analytics;

2021 Informatics established the following sections:

2022 Informatics received its CiteScore (2021) of 4.8.
2023 Informatics received its first Impact Factor (3.1).
-Digital Humanities was renamed as Social Informatics and Digital Humanities.
2024 Informatics received its CiteScore (2023) of 6.6.
Informatics received an Impact Factor of 3.4 (2023), which placed the journal in Q2 in the category of Computer Science, Interdisciplinary Applications.
The year 2024 marks the 10th Anniversary of Informatics.
