“Kovar Guarantee” Promotional Return Policy
Customers who purchase any set of LUXE by Martin Kovar strings through Martin-authorized channels in the U.S. and are not satisfied with their purchase can return them at full cost.
Strings must be purchased from June 5th - August 31st, 2024, 11:59 p.m. EST. Eligible product must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Returns must include a copy of the original receipt, all original packaging, and all contents of packaging including Kovar strings.
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE INITIATED THROUGH MARTIN GUITAR CUSTOMER SERVICE RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
