It was their passion for the culinary arts that led them to open this counter inspired by Italian street food, where local, quality ingredients are given pride of place.   Now a staple of Italian culinary tradition, focaccia is used at this counter as sandwich bread, offering a delicious combination of the sturdy base and the tasty ingredients that can be incorporated into it.
