Let only tenant package

For £474 including VAT, this package includes rental valuation and advice on property compliance by experienced lettings staff; tenancy referencing including a credit check; collection of the deposit and first month's rent; and preparation of tenancy documents.

Still offering a more affordable option with a few extra perks, if you sign up to this package, the friendly team also arrange and host property viewings, negotiate offers and take care of property advertising through exposure on Rightmove and a To Let sign if required.

Full management service

This package comes with a whole host of fantastic services to help you have a hassle-free letting experience, including serving relevant notices and end of tenancy inspections, management of deposit disputes and assistance with court paperwork if necessary, all for 12% including VAT.

Guaranteed rent package

For 18% including VAT, you can have access to the guaranteed rent package, combining all the great elements from the tenant find and full management packages. Plus, if a tenant doesn't pay rent, Three Sixty Living will pay that to you until vacant possession is regained.

Leasing offer
