Police have asked the public for help to find a woman who has been missing for over 24-hours.

Posting from the Greater Manchester Police account on social media site 'X' (formerly Twitter) the force appealed for help in finding Hamna, who has been missing since Friday morning (June 21).

Hamna, described as an Asian Woman, was last seen at the junction of Oldham Road/Anglesey Road in Ashton-Under-Line at 5.45am on Friday.

Described as being around 5ft 2in tall, she is said to have been wearing a black headscarf, grey coat and a green shirt.

She is also reported to have been wearing black trousers and black trainers.

Officers are becoming "increasingly concerned" and want to make sure she is safe and well.

Anyone with any information should contact police on 101 quoting log 1322 of June 21, 2024, or call 999 in an emergency.
